A non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations. Remaining balances are due when the unit is picked up or delivered. If you need to cancel for any reason a 24 hour notice is required or the remaining balance will be billed to the card on file. If you choose to pay the total balance ahead of time, we do not issue refunds but we will issue you a raincheck valid for one year from the date of your event. All, rentals exceeding one unit require a 7 day cancellation notice. If not cancelled 7 days prior to reservation the full amount of all units will be charged to the card on file and a raincheck will be issued, valid for one year from the date of the event.
